"I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to..."
I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. But my order showed up packed really nicely with no dents, no mess, and the box felt super sturdy. Everything inside was folded neatly too, which made it feel a little more special than I expected. Kind of made me question my loyalty a bit.

"Nice sweater, though a bit thinner than I imagined"
I ordered a cashmere sweater from Soft Goat and overall I’m happy with it. I mostly pay attention to how things feel and how they sit when I wear them, and this one is definitely soft and looks just like it did in the photos. I’ve worn it a handful of times now and it’s still keeping its shape nicely. The only thing I really noticed is that it’s a little thinner than I expected, but not enough to make me regret buying it.

"Still looks great months later"
I haven’t been the best at taking care of it because I’m always in a rush, but the material has held up way better than I expected. Even after a few months, it still looks really good...

"Color was way off, and the timing made it worse"
I ordered the beige cardigan thinking it would look like the photos, but when it showed up it was way more yellow in person. The quality is fine, nothing amazing but not terrible. It was just really annoying because I bought it for an outfit I needed that week, so the bad timing made the color issue even more frustrating. I wouldn’t have bought it if the online pictures had been accurate.

"Pretty easy exchange overall"
I had to send back a sweater and, it was simple. The exchange showed up fairly quickly too, so no real hassle or anything.

"A little bigger than I expected"
I really like this sweater overall, but it did fit a bit bigger than I thought it would. The sleeves were long on me, which made it feel a little less put-together than I wanted. I ended up sizing down and felt much better in it, it still looks nice and feels comfortable, just with a better fit

"Super soft and honestly worth it"
I got a cashmere sweater from Soft Goat and my first reaction was basically, okay, this actually feels as nice as people say. It’s really soft against the skin and not scratchy at all, which was the main thing I was nervous about.
I’ve worn it a few times now and it still feels lovely. The fit is good too, but the softness is what makes it feel a bit special to me. I’d definitely buy from them again

I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly, and the reply was clear and friendly. It did take one extra day to fully get sorted out, but everything was fine in the end

"Found my size, but hoping the quality holds up"
I was glad they still had the sweater I wanted in my size, since everywhere else I checked was already sold out. Ordering was quick and I didn’t run into any issues. The sweater looks good so far, though I’m still a little unsure how well the quality will hold up after a few wears or washes. Overall, decent experience

The stuff is definitely good quality, and I can see why people like it. It’s not even about that — it just feels a little too pricey for what it is at full price. I’d probably buy again if there was a decent sale.

"Using the site got frustrating fast"
I was just trying to shop like normal, but the filters kept resetting on me, and I kept thinking, “Wait, didn’t I already set this?” After a while it got annoying. Checkout wasn’t much better either, it felt slower than it should, and I was sitting there wondering why it was taking so long just to place an order

"Started pilling way too quickly"
I really liked this sweater at first, but after only a few wears it started pilling badly. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Also, the reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive and kind of annoying, which didn’t exactly help my overall impression

"Really fast delivery"
I ordered on Monday and it showed up at my door by Wednesday, which surprised me. The tracking was clear the whole time too, so I wasn’t stuck wondering where it was. It’s nice when a company actually does what it says it will, that kind of service deserves credit.
